The Molnlycke Mepilex Border is all-in-one foam dressing that minimizes patient trauma and pain. It has been designed to create a healing environment for exuding wounds such as leg and foot ulcers, pressure ulcers, traumatic wounds and other secondary healing wounds. Mepilex Border effectively absorbs and retains exudate and maintains a moist wound environment. It has a Safetac layer which seals the wound edges to prevent the exudate from leaking onto the surrounding skin that minimizes the risk for maceration. SC29560004 is a replacement for SC295600.
